Dementia Care Aware June Webinar

Please join the Dementia Care Aware initiative’s next Zoom webinar, “Adapting the Cognitive Health Assessment for Adults Experiencing Homelessness” on June 23, 2023, from 2 to 3 p.m.  

Serggio Lanata, MD, MS, Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology at the University of California, San Francisco, and Director of the UCSF Memory and Aging Center Community Outreach Program, will join us to speak about adapting the cognitive health assessment for adults experiencing homelessness. 

Participants of the live webinar are eligible to receive 1 Continuing Medical Education (CME), California Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), and Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credit.
