The SFVA Community Living Center Reimagine Pilot Receives Contribution from SFVAHCS Office of Education

The SFVA Community Living Center (CLC) Reimagine Pilot is the recipient of an $18,000 contribution from the SFVAHCS Office of Education to enable us to bring in the Dementia Capable Care trainer to conduct trainings for our staff. This education will go a long way in supporting the Pilot’s work to improve care for veterans with mental illness and dementia. It’s a train the trainer model that will support the education of all the frontline staff who work with this patient population.
