Welcome Sally Melendez!

Please welcome Sally Melendez as our UCSF Division of Geriatrics Care at Home Practice Coordinator! She started on Monday, December 30, 2019, and we are happy to have her on our Care at Home team.

Sally has had 19 years of administrative experience here at UCSF primarily in two departments:  Patient Financial Services and Radiology.  Most recently she was a Practice Coordinator in the Ophthalmology Department at Parnassus .  She also is fluent in Spanish! When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking road trips and long walks.
