They are an advocacy organization that offer a “Lawyer Referral Service”. When you call their number, they do a 10-15 minute assessment and then refer to you an appropriate elder law attorney to help with your needs.

Companioa, by Institute on Aging, provides customized dementia care that helps loved ones remain at home. The Companioa family of services includes the newly launched care coaching program, dementia-certified home care, and social day services at the recently re-opened Enrichment Center in the Presidio. Each service can be delivered individually or as part of a specialized care plan to meet your needs. IOA is a Bay Area non-profit with a mission to help aging adults live in the community with grace and dignity.
